Traveling is everyone’s dream. But being sick while on a travel is a nightmare. To tell you the truth, I bring over the counter medicines with me for emergency purposes but I never researched where to find nearby hospitals at my travel destination. It’s as if nothing will ever happen to me. I never learned. One time I got so sick when I went to Macau to celebrate my birthday and I wasted so much time in my hotel room. I couldn’t move, I couldn’t travel and I just watched TV the whole day. The medicines I brought didn’t make me feel better right away. Growing up, my Dad’s side of the family introduced me to the power of herbal medicine and natural remedies to prevent sickness. My aunt never had any chemical based medicine in her body and is always a fan of plant based supplements.
